Shaping the future of tech talent in the age of AI

The Israel Growth Forum continues to play an active role in the work of the Committee for Increasing Human Capital in High-Tech, chaired by Dadi Perlmutter, since the publication of its first report in November 2022.

Through its involvement in the committee’s follow-up reports, including the 2024 and 2025 updates, the Forum works to promote policies that align Israel’s human capital development with the evolving needs of the high-tech industry, particularly in light of the impact of AI on junior talent, training, and career development.
