ARAVA - Emergency Innovation & Northern Recovery

Following the events of October 7, 2023, the IGF, together with the National Digital Directorate, established ARAVA , a national technology response initiative.

ARAVA connects public-sector needs with solutions from a network of leading technology companies, enabling rapid development and deployment of critical tools in times of crisis.

In 2025, ARAVA was rebranded as ARAVA North, focusing on the challenges of rebuilding northern Israel through technology-driven solutions. Among its initiatives: the development of an AI agent assisting residents with information about returning home, "Welltech North Fair" technology fair connecting resilience-focused solutions with regional stakeholders, and ongoing support in providing digital tools for small businesses.

Through close collaboration between government and the tech ecosystem, ARAVA supports national resilience by delivering fast, effective, and scalable technological responses. https://www.mokedarava.org/
